The gardens also boast an extensive Arboretum featuring trees from all over the world, Dyffryn is truly a garden for all seasons

Cardiff Garden Centre

Situated on the old A48 between Newport and Cardiff, Cardiff Garden Centre began life as a nursery in the 1970s and lies just outside the picturesque village of St Mellons. Next door to one of Wales’ oldest golf courses, it has evolved over the years into a successful and highly regarded garden centre, attracting customers not only from the area but also from much further afield.

With one of the most extensive ranges of plants in South Wales, the centre has a reputation for top quality growing stock and an excellent array of gardening products. A team of loyal and friendly staff takes great pride in their gardening knowledge and helpful approach; 3 have a level of horticultural knowledge reputedly unrivalled in the area and one has been with the centre for nearly 20 years!
